Complete details regarding our payment, cancellation, and trip policies.
Payments can be made via online transfer or bank-in at a Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). It is mandatory to submit your proof of payment (receipt) along with complete details (name, trip date, and package) to our team for verification.
The deposit is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to total trip cancellations as well as cancellations of individual participants (per pax).
Full payment must be settled at least two (2) weeks BEFORE the trip. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe gives the company the right to remove participants from the list without prior notice.
Cancellations due to death, serious accidents, or significant personal tragedies are subject to management discretion and require valid supporting documentation for consideration.
